Hey guys, welcome to Kissan tiffin timetable. As you know to solve all your tiffin problems, We’re bringing you 200 recipes for 200 school days. And today I’ve my little helper here, my niece Shreya. So today we’re making baked mushrrom and cheese pinwheels Its a very interesting way to use all the ingredients kept in the fridge. Its a very quick and easy recipe also, perfect for your morning tiffin. So lets make ” Har Din Naya Tiffin Har Din Empty Tiffin ” So to start making our baked mushroom and cheese pinwheels, first we’ll saute some mushrooms. Just a tad bit of oil. Shreya you like mushrooms right? Oil is heated, I’ll add some garlic, some chilli flakes, very little. And we’ll add our mushrooms. Saute it for 2-3 minutes. So our mushrooms are ready. And now Wheat flour roti. Now Ill add 2 tablespoon of tomato ketchup. You know ketchup helps to add that lovely fresh tomato flavours to your pinwheels. and also a nice tanginess. Just spread it. You like tomato ketchup shreya? Yes. And now we’ll add our mushrooms to it. Can you spread it? Sprinkle some cheese. Very good. and now we’ll roll it. Cut it into pieces. I’ve a baking tray with me. Spread some oil on it. Shreya lets place the wheels on the tray. Its been 10-15 minutes come lets see whether our pinwheels are ready or not. This is ready. So lets prepare for today’s tiffin.
