Hello! How are you? Today we will make a card holder that we can carry in the wallet. We need a card size letter or A4 cardstock contact paper, elastic band, I show the Crop-A-Dile, but in the end I did not use it, the basics and whatever you want to decorate. We begin by cutting the cardstock to 6″ by 4 3/4″ of inch. score at 1/4 inch on all four sides. Fold place the piece horizontally and with the tabs of the sides folded, fold in half. Let’s decorate the cover I recommend to use flat decoration because we will place the contact paper. Unfold tabs apply the contact paper little by little to avoid bubbles. Cut the excess Cut the corners diagonally Cut the elastic band, make sure it is a bit tense. Here I was going to use the Crop-A-Dile but decided to make it more accessible. Let’s make two cuts with a cutter that measure roughly the same width as your elastic band. Pass the elastic band through these openings hold the points you can use hot glue, adhesive tape or even staple them. I’m using glue dots. Now for the pockets let’s cut two pieces of 4 1/8″ by 2″ inches and two of 4 1/8″ by 1 3/4″ Before you paste them, let’s make sure that by folding the tabs the side edges of the pocket do not interfere, If you see that it is very tight cut a little bit. Optional, you can cut a half circle into pockets. Let’s stick the two bigger pieces, Place a thin line of glue on the bottom edge. Take care not to stick it over the score line. Now, put glue on the tabs of the sides, put the small pockets and fold the tabs Apply glue on the other tabs and fold. Done. You can use neutral or brown colors to give away on father’s day. I made this for myself. I hope it has inspired you If you liked this video please give me a thumbs up, share it and subscribe for more videos Thanks so much for watching. Until next time.
