We will be using a paper of size 6″ x 6″ (15cm x 15cm) here but any size of square paper will do fine. At first, we will make a regular hexagon out of a square paper. Prepare to turn the paper over. Prepare to pull two opposite ends in two opposite directions and then rotate it a little. Carefully and slightly pull two ends in two opposite directions. And then rotate it a little to get other two ends. Repeat both pulling two opposite ends and a tiny rotation as many as you want until the center shape becomes of a regular hexagon. The center shape becomes of a regular hexagon. Prepare to iron the top center with two thumbs. Iron the top center with your thumbs to make it completely flat. If you want, you can paint the center hexagon with yellow color. If not, you can skip here. Paint the center hexagon with yellow color. You can skip this part if you don’t want to paint it. The painting is now completed. You need to wait until the top center are dried. Prepare to apply a crease pattern. Apply the crease pattern. Congratulation! You have now completed making a six-petals origami poinsettia flower!
