Namaste How to prepare marudhani ( traditional mehndi design) by grinding marudhani leaves Grinding stone was used to grind these leaves to get the paste. I use a mixer to grind the leaves Add little water After grinding clean the mixer well Do not add too much water Squeeze half a slice of lemon It improves the colour the leaves give Grinding the leaves completely takes some time . All leaves have to be ground Grind to the level shown Marudhani paste is ready. If still there a few leaves present, remove them After six hours After some times it turns redder Please try. It gives a cooling effect

  1. I also grind in the mix. if it becomes a little watery, I add some marudhani powder …nothing t beat this traditional style. looking forward for deepavali n a wedding
