Polymer Clay Miniature – Paper Boat

I made this tiny tiny paper boat and I’m going to make a mold of it or for my dollhouse also I can make it and for that I actually make this little paper boat in this size of a paper and this size is only two centimeter long and one and a half centimeter wide but I’m going to show you how to fold the paper boat you know that it’s bigger size this one this is a bit bigger this is four and a half times Oh 23 and I actually made it in the middle size as well you can see that there so I have the tiny one in the middle and a bigger one but you can make it in the size you want to but um this one is the smallest one I could make if you can make it even smaller I would really really love to see it so just go ahead and try I’m going to show you how I folded up the boat first I took my paper and I folded it on the middle like this and I’m going to fold it from the middle again and I’m going to open it up I’m going to take one flap and fold it down and just from the bent side and the other flap and fold it down then I take one of these down pieces here and I bend it up turning it around and the corners are being pulled over bend over like this then I’m going to take this flap and fold it up and again I’m going to turn it over and get up the flaps now I’m going to open it up I am going to use my finger for this and I’m going to bend it this way instead I’m going to take this back and I am going to bend it up that turn it over and the other flap up now we’re going to open it again and squeezing it down like that so we have it looking like this and I’m going to take the tooth mill parts here and I’m going to pull the lows and there you have the boat so that’s how you do this okay I’m going to make a mold of this one and then I will be back I make the mold of my little boat and this one is going to be quite difficult to fill up so I’m going to start with a tiny piece of clay that I like to put in and I’m squeezing it down the sides with one of my tools trying to get as much clay down there as possible because otherwise you will get a boat that looks like this when you’re all done you can see I don’t have any clay on that side but I have more than ice on this side so I didn’t work it enough on this side so you really really do want to work it to make sure you have the clay all down in the moat and when you think you have it all in your mold you squeeze it just a bit more and then you take off the excess clay and then bake it for 10-15 minutes at least and then let it cool down before you take it out of the mold
