Hello Friends, Welcome to the Masala Kitchen Generally we like to have Pin Wheel Samosa As it can be made very easily And its taste is like Samosa Today we will make it more healthy With Wheat Flour So if you will liked my video so must like it Share it as much as you can Don’t forget to subscribe this channel So the Pin Wheel Samosa we are going to make today It generally made with the White Flour But today we thinking that We will make it with Wheat Flour We will take 2 small cups of Wheat Flour We have sieved it Put some Salt in it As per the taste Put some Carom Seeds in it I have crushed it on the rolling board Now we will put 3 tbsp of Oil in it Now we will check whether the Oil is perfect in it or not I have put 3 tbsp of Oil in it You can also put Ghee in it And you can see it can be bind like this That means the Moyan in it Moyan means the Ghee or Refined Oil we have used in it is perfect in it Now we will bind it But we will bind the dough tightly The more we bind the dough tightly The more it will become crispy And its shape will also remain perfect We have bind the dough tightly, you can see And we will see it later If necessary then we will put some water We can make it little softer We will keep it aside for 15-20 mins Till then we will make the filling for it Put 2 tsp of Oil in the pan 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds Put some Asafoetida Slow down the flame We will put 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder Put 1 tsp of Red Chili Powder Put 1 tsp of Mango Powder 1 tsp of Coriander Powder Put 1/2 tsp of Roasted Cumin Powder Put some Garam Masala Put 1/2 tsp of Chaat Masala Some Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp of Black Salt And some White Salt as per the taste After putting all the Masalas Put the flame slow Now we will put 1 tbsp of Water Put some more water in it So that the Masala will not get burnt Now we will put some Ginger in it Some Green Chilies Boiled and mashed Potatoes Mash it with your hands like this Take 3 medium sized Potatoes We will mix it You can put some more Masalas in it Of your choice Some Dried Fenugreek Leaves And garnish it with Coriander Leaves Now we will turn off the flame Let this Masala to be cool down See! We had kept the dough for 15-20 mins It is perfect now Now we will cut it in two parts like this Now we have made its two parts We will keep one part by covering it And we will take one here Whenever required Although we didn’t need it but We can take some White flour We will not use Wheat flour now We will roll it like this It is not so thick It is not so thin Now we will take some filling And then Spread it all around There should not be thick pieces of Potatoes in the filling Otherwise it may create problem We will spread it in this way When we generally make the Pin Wheel Samosa You must have seen that Some people make it like They make the batter of White Flour Then they dip the samosa in the batter And then they fry them But when we don’t want to do all that So you can make it in this way At this time Take some White Flour Dust some White Flour on it like this Now press it with the roller like this So that the filling will not come out of it And then there is no need to make any batter Now we have to From this side, the lengthy part over here We have to roll it from this side like this We have to make a tight roll like this Apply some water on it like this And roll it like this Now from here By using a finger like this Close it like this From this side also We have to close it We will cut it in 2 halves We will cut it in pieces like this See! We have pressed all the pieces like this Now if you want, i am not doing this with all In some pieces I am showing it to you If you like to do that It is Khas Khas It is known as Poppy Seeds It is easily available at any Dry Fruit’s shop It is very tasty and looks so beautiful As we use it in Bakharvadi Then if you will use it in this Then it becomes so good Don’t use it too much Just like this If you like to We keep the Oil for heating And the Oil should not be too hot It should be little hot As we heated the Oil for the Samosa, we will heat it also like that Now put the Pin Wheel Samosas in it for frying As we have put the Samosas in it So now put the flame medium You can see it Now we will turn it to the other side You can see It looks so good It looks like the Pin Wheel Very amazing And the filling didn’t come out of it because of that trick That I had told you Make it carefully like this Then it will become so perfect Look at this And this will be more crispy than the White Flour Samosas Because Wheat Flour is crispier than the White Flour You can see We will take out these from the pan On the paper napkin So for making this snack, very few ingredients are used in it We didn’t use Onion in it Garlic is also not used in it So everybody can have it If you don’t prefer Potatoes then you can make its filling with raw bananas also As many Jain families don’t prefer Potatoes Then they can use raw bananas also in it And in this way You can make it and keep it in the fridge Uncooked Then you can fry them after 2-3 hrs also You can give to your kids in their lunch box It is very easy and healthy as well Because we make it with the Wheat flour So if you liked my video If it is helpful to you So must try it Share it as much as you can And don’t forget to subscribe this channel.
