Now that we have our halves, the rings all
made, we are going to complete our Kusudama. Taking your piece of string, maybe a thicker
piece of string, and a size eight seed bead. String it through, it probably won’t go through
this needle, so I’m going to string it through this end. And tie a little knot, so that our
seed bead will be at the very bottom. Tie two knots. OK. Now we are going to take our
individual piece that is loose, and string, piercing through the open flower end, and
out the base. Piercing with your needle, string in this manner. And, pull that seed bead.
We’re going to cut this end, just a little bit. Pull that seed bead all the way up to
the end, and take your dab of glue and kind of open that Kusudama, that individual piece
up, and hide that string right in between. And, this also secures the bead in place.
So, you have the very bottom of your Kusudama. Take six, the ring of six, and go right through
the center of that ring, right in between all the string. Let it come down. Take your
ring of eleven, go right through.
