  1. Thanks to you I use Neenah Classic Crest Solar White. I cut my own down then decided to take your advice and have it cut for me. Now I have to look into Brutus Monroe because you did such a beautiful job showing the ink blending on each card stock and I love how evenly the ink spread on it. Thanks for all the time you take to make these videos. I recently started a YouTube channel and the time I spend editing is crazy but I love it. I can see you love what you do so thanks for educating us all. Please continue to inform us so that we can make better choices when spending our hard earned money. Sending you blessings this holiday season and lots of love ❤️ .

  2. Thank you Jennifer for sharing these wonderful videos with us and giving a fair, honest and unbiased review, I appreciate you and all you do so much and truly rely on your information to help with my product purchases. ❤️

  3. Oh question, do you not like any of the scrapbook.com branded stuff? I don't think I have really seen anything scrapbook.com in any of your videos

  4. Hi Jennifer, Thank you for sharing a very interesting and helpful crafty tutorial and thank you for all your helpful tips very much appreciated …… Jennifer, please can I ask you a question … What paper trimmer do you recommend ? all the best Lin x

  5. I've been using craft foam instead of foam squares or tape for a few years now. I just cut it to the size I need. I keep all the small bits in a bin close to my desk. Glad I stocked up on it recently, because once you recommend something it's sold out for months.

  6. Wow, so much information! I saved your video to my "materials & supplies" playlist so I can go back to it when I'm ready to replenish my supplies (or go for something new, like the shiny papers). But first, I'm gong to go look at the white cardstocks you demonstrated. I really need to upgrade mine. Thanks for also telling us why you like each product. That's very helpful.

  7. I was thinking, “I don’t need anymore cardstock, but I’ll watch anyway.” I. was. so. wrong! I need so much more, (and envelopes too!) Thanks Jennifer, this was awesome!

  8. Thank you for the great advise and showcase of different products! Do you recomend any special product when it comes to craft cardstock?

  9. When I finally got over my fear of stamping and coloring with alcohol markers, I started using Neenah Solar White after Jennifer recommended it in videos past. I love it! I'm tempted to try out the Gina K. one for ink blending though.

  10. I sat down to watch this video thinking “I probably won’t need anything”. I recently got the Neenah solar crest and Gina K colors. And I have adhesives I use and like. But I still managed to find things I’d like to try!

  11. I LOVE Gina K’s products, however, in my experience with the heavy base cardstock, I find I can’t get a clean fold – it always cracks on me whether I fold it with the grain or against. Should I be scoring on both sides?

  12. Hi Jennifer. I'm confused as the white Neenah paper you have listed is not the same as the one you have the link to. Thanks!

  13. Hi! I hope this video was helpful.
    A few things:
    – Be sure to get "Neenah White Classic Crest Solar White" Cardstock. NOT index. The correct link is now at the top of my description.

    – Don't be afraid to mix cardstocks from the different brands! The more the merrier. 🙂

  14. Have you tried the Neenah White Classic Crest Solar White Envelopes? I was considering that for a white envelope. Thanks!

  15. I Love Brutus Monroe “ Not your Mama,s” especially for dies cuts that I stack. I only have to do 2 cuts versus 3 if I’m doing lots for sentiments or cuts. When I really want mega dimension I still do 3 cut! Have been using as my go to for bases too. I have lots of Neenah too. Must try Gina K too.

  16. That long runner dot liner sounds fabulous!! It’s like herma dotto, which got discontinued for reasons I can’t understand. I have some Gina K runners too, but haven’t really used, just did a quick test. I think both will be great. Thanks for sharing! 💙💙💙

  17. I have a hard time with craft foam and die cutting. Sometimes the foam squishes but doesn't pop back up and so sticks out the sides when I add a die cut on top like you did with the heart. Do you find that this happens to you? Usually adding double sided adhesive first helps.

I love this series! Thank you for doing these videos!

  18. Oh, this is my favorite of the "Favorites" series for this year! I'm always looking for adhesives, especially. Possibly this is because I made my adult son a box card for his birthday in which elements were glued to strips of acetate. OMG. He opened the card, and the elements all popped off like seeds from a weed. Talk about embarrassing. He was great about it, and I tried to laugh, but wow. I took it home and put tape on all the elements, and that worked much better. Ever since, though, I have tried myriad adhesives. And I'm still nervous when someone opens a card that depends on adhesive for the main effect of the card. Thanks much–love the series.

  19. Jennifer, Queen of Cardland! Thank you for inspiring your subjects and generously sharing your best practices and op products! You spread talent and kindness through your videos and blog and I’m sure all of us in the card making community appreciate and are inspired by you! Thank you so much!

  20. I am planning on trying some of your colored paper you recommended.
But a side question I have ……. I know you have the Gemini die cut machine. In your video I caught a glimpse of your sandwich.
But am not sure how you have your plates placed. I would appreciate your input for your sandwiches.

  21. I wish you would comment on products we can access at our local stamp stores or Michael's /Joann's. Paying those shipping costs kills me! I find Bazzil colored cardstock to be very good and yet you've never mention it. Love to know the "inside" story of paper mills…can't be that many for all these small craft companies. As you mentioned, there is an overlap in product. What about Gina K connect glue vs Lawn Fawn glue? Have them both and appear identical to me…AND LF is available on Amazon!

  22. Very informative and a huge thank you for taking the time to do all these "favorite things" videos!!! In some instances, I can say oh that's what I use, and in others I know what I need to try!! You might give Brutus Monroe Heat Resistant Vellum a try! It works great for embossing sentiments for you cards!!

  23. Thank you for your tutorials! I've just begun with Scrapbooking, and it's been daunting getting the "right" type of supplies. You have been so helpful.

  24. Jennifer, I have the jewel picker you recommend, but it is not as sticky as yours, things keep falling off…..any tips???
