TShirt Corner is an online urban fashion store. We print and sell T-shirts, Tops, crewnecks and accessories designed by trendy brands, artists and designers. In paying attention to find promising talents and select beforehand the right designs, photos, drawings for our target, we offer unique and original products! We sell more than 4 000 products designed by around 40 differents brands. Our products are all made with 100% organic coton and we also propose a collection of 100% made in France T-shirts. Further more, all our prints are made with 100% Organic ink! Our aim is to promote a large offer of exclusive and up-and-coming brands in order to showcase a full range of trends on one platform The project started 2 years ago when I first launched a T-shirt brand called Real Balla. I wanted to create another online store dedicated to all new and original T-shirt labels, and Nicolas quickly accepted the challenge. For more than 8 month we built our business plan, analyzed the market and prepared our offer. We first targeted 20 brands, and selected our business partners we wanted to work with. We set up our structure and made it sustainable for rapid growth. We chose PrestaShop for our online store because we were pretty convinced by the simplicity of the Back Office, and solution’s capacity to evolve with us. And of course, Prestashop is a French solution, which was very important for us. Our preferred features are the Dashboard obviously, and the product grid, to adapt our SEO. We also integrated modules dedicated to shipping, promotion and customer data or exchange. They help us make the link between us and our workshop where all our products are made, and with our shipping service for dispatching and order tracking. After 8 months of activity, we have around 3 hundred thousand visitors and more than 3 thousand and 5 hundred orders, mainly in France. Our Social network community is growing fast, with around fifty thousand members, mainly on Facebook It’s been possible because of our hard work developing sponsorship, partnerships and communication. We are involved in professional groups such as France Digitale, French Tech and the Made in France Federation. We have several specific aspects that require daily management. The product range, the order status, the customer service, prices and promotions, and performances. It ‘s a full time job which determines your trafic and turn over. Be original, Test, try and try again To be the best and work with best, And communicate regularly and clearly You have to determine the right time-to-market and craft the perfect user experience in order to deliver the most efficient offer. To do this, pay attention to performance. Keep an eye on tools like the PrestaShop Back Office, Google Analytics, and Social media pages and analyze key indicators : traffic and conversion rate, order, sales… It will help you to adapt your strategy quickly and test new marketing or product actions you might want to implement.
