How To Make Tissue Paper Crafts : How To Make A Tissue Paper Flower

Hi! My name is Courtney on behalf of Expert
Village and in this clip we are going to be making a flower using tissue paper. We are
going to start with 2 different colors of tissue paper and I’m going to cut them in
half so it would end up with 4 squares that are about the same size. I’m going to alternate
the colors so I have a green and a yellow, a green and then a yellow. We are then going
to fold these in a according fold back and forth. Once I have folded it we are going
to fold it in half like this and it is helpful if you kind of leave your finger there in
the middle. We are then going to take a green pipe cleaner and wrap it around the middle
and you kind of want to create a crunch around this so you want to make it tight to where
the paper crunches.
Once we have done that your going to carefully pull each layer up. If you do it to fast you
would rip the paper so again you just want to do it very carefully and you just would
do this for each layer.
Once you have pull each layer up you would have your flower.

  1. yeah it doesnt look like a flower. theres a better 1 done with sections of toilet paper, more carefully done/smaller and looks like a flower

  2. If you move the close caption to the bottom, we can appreciate the flower a bit more. Thanks for posting!

  3. ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooookkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

  4. this is fine as far as it goes, it needs a more interesting centre….how about adding some glitter or sequins. Alternately you cauld twist some shorter pipe cleaners through the middle.

  5. I've learned that from a girls who was sitting at a table beside me in a bar. I usually make this flower with 7 or 8 layers and a smaller paper, gives it a better look.

  6. hey people use eight to ten of these tissue and make sure those are not more than 10 cm into 10cm i m sure that will look better………………. belive me i tried it

  7. These? I ♥ these! I learn how to do this in 4th grade but I am in 6th grade now so its hard to remember. Good thing I save some of the paper. But its very easy.. So now that I take a look at how you do it, I remember it again. And oh thanks…

  8. Oh if any of you guys want…. You can also fold the paper which is the 1st step. Then holding one side, you cut a pattern; like a point… or others patterns. Then holding the other side you cut another pattern(same pattern as other side). And so you'll have fancier petals.. AND so thx for reading… ♥♥♥ My aspire teacher taught meh this.

  9. Hey expertvillage, I have a channel dedicated to comedy, crafts and curly hair. If you would like to check my channel out feel free to do so! 🙂 You won't be disappointed:)

  10. if you love the sound of paper, you have the ability to enjoy whats called ASMR. check it out if you havent already, its on you tube…..i just discovered it myself, after watching videos like this for years….theres a whole community of ASMR videos and videomakers that make sounds and visuals that sooth and relax you…'ll thank me!

  11. I've come across the ASMR videos before and I thought I'd really like them but it didn't work out. A lot of the time there's just something that doesn't work for me in them. There'll be the sound of paper but with whispering which I hate. Or they're moving the paper too slowly and deliberately. I prefer when people are just doing their unboxing or crafting or showing off their books or whatever and the ASMR is just a happy byproduct.
