Hi :- I’m Tami
in this video we’re going to make a MYSTICAL EYE… ORITAMI We’ll need: Yarn in different colors – 2 Wooden Sticks –
and Scissors . . . later we’ll add some beads . . . We’ll start by tying the sticks together in a cross use whatever technique that is the
easiest for you Let’s take one color of yarn and wrap it over and around one stick,
then under and around the other one like this… over and around then under and around… When you feel like changing the color of the yarn, you can do it by attaching a new piece of yarn like you see here . . . you can change the colors as many times
as you want when we get to the end of the sticks we’ll need to tie the yarn Now, Let’s add three beads… and attach them to the three ends of the sticks On those ends we’ll also add tassels (…. fringes) tie them like this . . I like to trim the edges evenly, but you can do whatever you like… Thank for watching! ๐ I would love to read your comments – if your enjoyed the video… click the LIKE button – Don’t forget to SUBSCRIBE and stay Updated . . …and I’ll see you … next time . . Bye ๐
love it!

Got one Question How do you keep the Bead on the sticks?????
Thank you so much! I needed extra credit for my Spanish 2 class, and this saved my grade (and me!).
You force it down until it is stuck.

Hey Lilly ๐
thank you so much for your comment
much like Locke Lockette has suggested in this case (like you see on the video),
i simply placed the beads and it was a perfect fit…
if they don't stay in place you can always use some clear glue….

This is really helpful
I was in a mall in another town and I went into this craft shop and saw the most beautiful huge 6 tiered God's eye hanging in a corner all by itself. I was mesmerized by it. a worker came and asked me if she could help me with anything I said yes you can how much is this,. the sticker price was way up on top so I couldn't get it. she told me the price of the gods eye was $6,000.00 I looked at her very calmly and asked if I pay you back will you buy it for me??? she said oh I would if I could but I'm sorry. so I said OK thank you and I left.
I made these when I was in the 5th grade but they were huge! We used 2 big sticks and we made arrowheads in them. Mines would get picked to display in the malls. That was a loonnnnnnnnng time ago lol
