Hello guys! How are you? Welcome to my channel Today I’m going to make a video for Scraperas Unidas The theme of this month is “Birthday” Scraperas Unidas is a group of youtubers that make scrapbooking videos We make this kind of videos once a month You can find the link to the channels of my partners in the information box below Let’s begin the project A few days ago a friend, a follower, contacted me because she wants to make rectangular envelopes to give away money on a birthday Taking advantage of the fact that this month’s theme is for birthdays, I thought it was okay to make these envelopes with the Envelope Punch Board because she has it I’m going to use the app “Envelope Generator” This app is available for android and iOS system The company We R Memory Keepers create this app for the 1,2,3 punch but it works for the Envelope Punch Board too. I’m going to measure the dollar bill first using inches The dollar bill measures 6 1/8″ width and 2 5/8″ height click on the Generate button. It says that I need to cut a square of 7 3/8″ paper. and I need to make the first punch at 2 1/2″ Now, I’m going to put the measures that my follower gave me I changed to centimeters she said her bill measures 14 cm width by 7.5 cm height the app says that I need to cut a square of 18.4 cm paper and I need to make the first punch at 6.9 cm I’m going to cut the card-stock put the piece of card-stock on the Envelope Punch Board I’m making the envelope for the dollar bill so I’m using inches I make the first punch at 2 1/2″ the following punches and score lines are going to be based on the lines we score previously cut the excess apply glue to close the envelope The envelope is ready to keep the dollar bill Now, the second envelope Below the inches are the centimeters I make the first punch at 6.9 cm I make the same process as the previous envelope assemble the envelope Here I have the two envelopes I decided to include a card inside the envelope The cards could be opened horizontally or vertically I want to open them upwards so the width measure is the same but I need to duplicate the height I’m going to use the Scoring Board to duplicate the measurements so I need to cut my card-stock at 6 1/8″ by 5 1/4″ In centimeters is easier for me I need to cut my card-stock at 14 cm by 15 cm fold the two pieces in half and we have the bases of the cards ready to decorate I decorated them with dash lines, washi tape, strips of scrapbook paper I wrote “To” “From” I added some sparkle on the cards These are simple but cute cards Remember If you make any project based on my tutorials you can tag me on Instagram @luisapapercrafts I hope you liked this video and got inspire This was a very simple project but these are the kind of gifts that always get you out of trouble If you don’t have time to buy a gift, you can make an envelope and give away money. you can also make it on Christmas, New Year or Día de Reyes don’t forget to visit my partner’s channel please share this video If you think is useful If you are not a subscriber, please subscribe because is free Here you have the previous video if you missed it and another video that maybe you have not seen and you might like Thanks so much for joining me today.
