All these ingredients are to be grinded now After grinding process, needed ingredients are 1 Big onion chopped Curry and coriander leaves For grinding, add the bengal gram keep some bengal gram aside Add required amount of salt Check for Wheat Bonda recipe in my channel NOw add the red chilies to the mixie Jar Add all masala ingredients Now add the left over bengal gram to the mixie grind it by sprinkling little water This is the grinded paste Add this paste to previously grinded bengal gram Add the chopped onion now add the curry and coriander leaves mix it well Check for Vaazhaipoo Vadai ( Banana Flower snack) in my channel flatten it as shown here Check for masala Pori snack recipe in my channel The oil should be hot for deep fry drop the flattened dough into the oil Check for Crispy Adhirasam recipe in my channel Check for Aval Sundal recipe in my channel flip over the vadai to get fried both the sides Drain the oil and pick out the vadai after 5 to 6 mins.   2. Nice recipe. I prepare using soaked whole kabuli (white)channa along with green chilli, ginger,aniseed and grind in meat mincer (minced meat preparing machine)without water.I will get even coarse rava consistency .Since channa is with skin, we will get very crispy vada.You can grind in mixie also. All your posting are fantastic and tips also.
