This dough is made using sugar, optionally you can use jaggery instead of sugar. Keep a plate and 2 flat bottom cups to drain out the oil from the Adhirasam Check for Rava Kesari recipe in my channel Use a plastic sheet or banana leaf to flatten the dough balls Flatten the dough as shown here Check for Mysore pak recipe in my channel Place it one by one into the hot oil and deep fry. At first the oil should be heated well and then keep the flame to medium and then place the flattened dough one by one Once the dough is put into the oil it settles down and later it comes up after deep fried, then flip the adhirasam and leave it fry on other side.   1. tysm ma'am, if we use jaggery , does the measurement change? And for this also we have to take it in 1 kambi patham??
    I also have another doubt, after preparing this dough, this mixture should be kept out for a night is it true??
