Hi, everyone! I’m Masa! This time I’d like to share a tasty rice dish! The dish I’m going to share is called (Japanese), which is salmon wafu cream risotto! The star in this dish is the salmon! It’s really easy to make! Let’s get started! 1 piece of salmon Trim off the skin Slice into appropriate sizes You can also use prawns or scallops! Some salt (To get rid of the smell), then let them rest for 10 minutes 2 mushrooms Brush them clean They absorb water easily, please do not wash them! Thinly sliced 1/8 onion Finely diced 3~4 stems of blanched asparagus 2~3 perilla leaves Roll them up Finely chopped When you can see the water comes out from the salmon dry them out Turn up to medium low heat Some oil in Sear the salmon to golden Flip To prevent them overcooked, not too long on the other side Take them out Onions in Till they’re translucent 2 tsp butter Mushrooms in Till the mushrooms are light golden 2 tbsp sake, 1/2 tbsp mirin 10cc dashi stock (pls check out the info box) 80cc cream/milk 1/2 tbsp soy sauce When we cook a risotto, we’ll use raw rice, cook the rice in the dry pan, then add stock separately till the rice is cooked. The recipe this time is the easy one, using left-over rice, if you have some, chilled, wrap them into 1 person portion, then put them in the freezer. The next time you need them, take them out and heat them up, and you’ll have hot rice again! The rice here was the rice I put down in the fridge from the freezer a day before, as you can see they’re separated. Under this condition, you can make risotto, fried rice easily! Much easier to prep! You can try out this method at home! 1 portion of rice They’ll absorb the juices easily, so don’t cook too long 30g cheese powder Salmon in Asparagus in Chopped perilla Some salt and pepper Drizzle some sesame oil Now a salmon wafu cream risotto is done! Let’s grate some more cheese! That’s quite a lot! But I really like the cheesy flavor! Some black pepper… Okay, that’s it! Let’s dig in! So aromatic! The perilla was added in the end, so you can have a aroma fro it! The salmon doesn’t have the smell, the taste from the seared salmon is awesome!     撒在飯上面 加點碎海苔 擠美乃滋拌著吃 人間美味阿阿~

  9. 我嘗試Masa的方式下去做燉飯,有些材料買不到材料,只能用不完全版的燉飯來吃,結果吃起來蠻好吃的👍👍👍
