We also crave for something chamachamit in the eve. This is a perfect recipe. Oil is heated. Let’s make stuffing first. Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds & finely chopped onion. Mix well. Evening time, time for children to come home, time of end of the day, time for kids’ hunger, Or kids’ time to play out in the evening & also time for mouquitoes to enter the house. Everything comes together. Kids keep on going & coming in the house. Though you close doores & windows, The mosquitoes those have entered in the house don’t go out. I recently found a really good product Thought of sharing with you. I personally liked it very much. I brought this recently. This is Good Knight’s 100% natural agarbatti. It has natural goodness of neem. So this is 100% natural. I will light up 1 for you today while shoot is on. Being 100% natural, no hazardous for health. They have mentioned in the product that this burns for 3 hours. This is long & big. So it burns for 3 hours easily. My shoot also runs for 3 hours. Let’s check it. Very nice aroma!! It feels totally natural. There is no suffocation at all while smelling. Onion is fried well. Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp red chili powder. Mix everything well together. This is 100% natural agarbatti, it has kadu nimb It doesn’t cause any side effects. Generally any other mosquito repellent agarbatti has side effects. But this has no side effect at all. 100% natural. Side effects like there might be heart related problems Or there may be skin irritation, or you may feel suffocated. These things don’t happen due to this agarbatti. Spices have been fried well. Add 2 boiled & peeled potatoes, salt to taste & mash the potatoes a little. I have turned off the gas. No need to keep it on. Perfect. Add finely chopped coriander leaves & lemon juice. You can use chat masala or amchoor powder in place of lemon juice. Mix well once more. Stuffing is all ready. Next step after stuffing. Really nice aroma!! Why am I recommending this agarbatti? As I have liked it personally. First thing. I am not just telling you, but it is certified by ministery of Aayurveda that it is 100% natural This is very safe to use for kids. So I am insisting. I have taken 3 bread slices. Cut off the edges. Use a little bigger size bread. Next step is flatten the slices with a rolling pin. After rolling the slices Spread green sandwich chutney on 1 slice. You can spread ketchup if you want. On other slice spread tamarind sauce. So that we get all tastes like sour, sweet hot in this sandwich. After spreading green chutney put a bread slice on it Spread filling that we made. Place slice with tamarind sauce side facing it. Press well. Place sandwich on a foil & make a roll with help of foil. Make a tight roll. You can spread chutney on upper side too. Will spread tamarind sauce only. That will be at center. Or you can spread combination of chutneys. Roll it. Roll it tightly. You can use plastic sheet cling wrap instead of foil. Wrap the roll in foil as it is Set it in freeze for about 15-20 minutes. I will make other rolls in same way. I have set rolls in freeze for about 30 minutes. Let’s make slices of it now. You can decide the thickness of the slices. Nice..Looking really nice. Awesome. You can spread butter on rolls & bake in oven. These get nicely baken in 15-20 minutes on 180 Deg C. Everybody doesn’t have oven. What to do then? Shallow fry in a skillet. You can deep fry too. But I am shallow frying. Heat up 4 tsp oil in a small skillet The oil is enough hot. Let’s drop these rolls in it. Fry kharpus until it gets nice golden color from both sides. After frying well from one side flip them over. Looking nice. Rolls become nice & kharpus due to bread. Look also yummy & their aroma is really tempting already. After frying well from both sides take rolls out. Samosa pinwheels are all ready. Looking just fantastic. Almost 2 1/2-3 hours are over. Agarbatti is still burning. How to have these? With sauce, chutney. We already added sauce & chutney in it. So no need to add anything else.
